When the glorious Greek summer ends and the holiday season is over, it is time for us to regroup and refocus our preparations for the upcoming summer. A major part of this process is examining the reviews for the Kos Diamond Deluxe Hotel given from our guests, and we are delighted to say that we love your reviews!
Quoting some of the reviews we found at Tripadvisor.com, Niko Thompson from Nottingham UK visited the Diamond Deluxe with his significant other, last August and said: “I give this hotel 5 star for everything. For the great pool, the amazing Greek Food at restaurant, the amazing service, even for the quality of people that go there. Trust me! You won’t get disappointed! Thanks DDH see ya next year!” whereas Daniel Parkinsson from Stockholm wrote, ”This hotel certainly lives up to the word Luxury.”
As to where our food is concerned, Gari_Litmn8 from Helsinki has to say for the Peruzzi restaurant that it “was a magnificent experience, with breath-taking views of the Aegean.”
At Booking.com Alison from the UK gave us a whopping 9,6 stating in her review titled “Chilled out luxury break in Kos” that she found “beautiful clean rooms and excellent customer service throughout. We had a poolside room which allowed us exclusive use of the sun loungers outside our room. Breakfasts were great and plenty of choice for all tastes. I will definitely return here.” Maureel from the Netherlands said, “Everything was amazing!! Nice architecture, Great pool and helpful staff.” but she points out that the hotel’s Wi-Fi was not up to par. Sadly, this is true on some occasions at the height of summer, as the island’s infrastructure sometimes is not enough to cover the raised demand of the busiest days of years.
Even though we are excited to read positive reviews, it is important to us to take into account the negative ones as well, as these are the areas where we need to try harder and improve, and it is our promise that we will constantly push the envelope to provide the greatest services and an unforgettable experience to our guests in order to keep loving your reviews!
